3. When there is a square and a round binding spine, if there is a square at one end and a circle at the other, check whether the hardcover / paperback conversion template is placed in accordance with the operating rules, and check whether the top wire of the extrusion template is loose. if there is loosening, please remove the top wire to adjust.
4. Brush glue deviation when there is no glue on one side of the back of the book, the level of the clip mechanism needs to be adjusted. When the outside of the machine cannot be glued, when the clip table is turned over, it can be seen that the clip table is exactly pressed on a cap screw. Loosen the nut of the pressed screw, tighten the screw inward, so that it can be completely brushed to the glue, and when the inside can not brush the glue, adjust it in the opposite way above. The adjustment of this part only needs to be adjusted a little at a time.
5. Open the side cover on the two sides of the equipment under the condition of high or low power outage. There are four screws connecting the equipment base and the upper glue brushing mechanism. Please adjust up or down. You only need to fine-tune each time, and then brush the glue to see if it meets the standard.
6. When gluing, the book slides downwards. If the book slides downward when gluing, remove the clamping mechanism. Remove the rubber pads on both sides, remove the clamp and add a gasket to the double-layer iron sheet.
7. What is the normal position of brushing glue when the cots are combined with the glued parts of the spine, the paper can stretch normally and the position of the edge of the nest will not appear.
8, long heating time or no heating to check whether the power is turned on, touch the glue pot whether there is heat. If the left and right temperature is uneven or there is no heat, it can be determined that there is a problem with the heating mechanism, and the heating rod and other parts need to be replaced. After the power is cut off, first open the safety protection shell of the glue pot, loosen the fixing screw of the heating rod to pull out the heating rod, and then replace the heating rod in the opposite order.
9. When the groove heating mechanism can not work properly, first check whether the heating template and the heating mechanism can be combined normally. Use professional power measuring equipment to detect whether the heating mechanism is powered on normally, and to detect whether the heating template can be powered on normally.
10. The flipping mechanism cannot be flipped normally. If the flipping mechanism cannot be flipped properly, please check whether the glue pot is back to the original starting position and open the left shell. Check whether the gear alignment is correct, check whether the protruding shaft of the control flip handle is too large, if this is the case, use files and other equipment to grind it.
